1. Adjustable Corner Profiles
The adjustable corner profiles provide greater flexibility during installation. They extend only 150 mm into the garage, which is often less than the width of a car mirror.
2. Profiles & Seals
Specially developed profiles and seals are designed to withstand water pressure and provide a reliable seal. The profiles are available in multiple colours to match the door panels.
3. Floor Plate
A stainless-steel floor plate provides a smooth, level surface at the bottom of the door. It is available in widths of 3000 and 6000 mm.
4. Sealant
Ramsauer ‘320 Baudicht’ hybrid sealant is supplied for all joints. This high-performance sealant is designed to withstand extreme conditions.
5. Compression Mechanism
The specially developed compression mechanism ensures that the door is protected every time it is closed. It securely compresses the seals to create a reliable barrier against water.
6. Reinforcement Profile
For doors wider than 3000 mm, a reinforcement profile is supplied to provide additional support and prevent the top panel from bending under water pressure.
7. Floor Threshold
The rubber floor threshold prevents the bottom panel from bending under high water pressure.
8. Anti Burglar Bracket
The anti burglar bracket keeps the door securely in position and provides additional protection against the door being forced out of place.

Certified Performance
Our Flood Barrier underwent thorough testing by the European Flood Protection Association (Europaverband Hochwasserschutz e. V.), earning top ratings.
Throughout the testing process, it consistently demonstrated minimal water infiltration, achieving class 1 for ‘Tightness’. The results were outstanding, with an average water seepage into the garage of less than 1 liter/hour. Real-world conditions often yield even better results, thanks to the natural sealing effect of dirt particles in floodwaters.

Installation
Installing the Flood Barrier consists of two stages. The bottom panel is prepared in advance in your workshop, followed by installation of the complete Flood Barrier on-site.

Prepare the bottom panel
Prepare the bottom panel in your workshop before going to the installation site. After preparation, allow 72 hours of drying time before installing the bottom panel on-site.

Install the Flood Barrier on-site
Once the bottom panel has been prepared and the drying time has elapsed, the complete Flood Barrier can be installed on-site. After installation, allow 48 hours of drying time. The Flood Barrier is then ready for use.
